Mold/die endmill series for hot-work and cold-work tool-steel applications. We tested on HRC60 H13 die inserts and got 110 minutes of tool life in semi-finishing at 60 m/min, 0.07 mm/rev. Higher quality than the budget Chinese brands we have tried before; on par with European brands for this material. 5 stars.
Die/mold milling for hardened tool-steel molds at HRC60. Excellent geometry, sharp edges, AlTiN coating holds up. We routinely get 100+ minutes per corner on D2 finishing and 60+ minutes on SKD11 at HRC63. This is the workhorse endmill in our mold shop now. Recommended.
Used for high-hard die-detail work. The seller sent a tech sheet with recommended speeds/feeds, which is helpful. Ran these at 45 m/min, 0.05 mm/rev, dry + MQL on HRC63 D2. Tool life was 80 minutes per corner; surface finish was excellent. Coated properly — no flaking observed. We stock these in our mold shop now.
Sharp out of the box, balanced properly, holds edge well. HRC63 SKD11 finishing at 50 m/min, 0.05 mm/rev. We measured 0.001 mm runout on a Monarch test bar — excellent. The seller answered 3 technical questions by email within hours. Real tool, real support. 5 stars.
Die/mold endmill for HRC58-65 work. Tested on SKD11 punches at HRC62, 50 m/min, 0.06 mm/rev, with coolant. Got plus-minus 0.005 mm tolerance and Ra 0.2 surface finish in finishing. Edge is sharp out of the box, balanced within 0.003 mm. Better value than the Sandvik equivalent we were using. 5 stars.
