Return Policy

This policy applies to standard cutting tools purchased from the official Zhuqian Precision online store (shop.exactalloy.com).

1. Seven-day Return for Standard Products

Within 7 calendar days of delivery you may request a return or exchange for standard products that are unopened, unused and in original packaging with intact labels.

2. Returns for Quality Issues

If a product has a quality problem such as material defect, dimensional tolerance deviation, coating defect or edge damage, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos or video. Once confirmed as our responsibility, we will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund, and we bear the shipping cost both ways.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been used, reground or clamped in machining;
• Non-standard custom tools, made-to-drawing items and special coating products;
• Products damaged by incorrect selection, improper cutting parameters, tool collision or human error;
• Orders outside the return window.

4. Return Process

1. Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue;
2. We will provide a resolution within 1 business day;
3. After confirmation, ship the item back as instructed; once inspection passes we arrange exchange or refund;
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment account, usually within 3 to 7 business days.
