Brands we carry: ZYDK, HZKO, GST, Shibang, Zhengheyuan, Anwei, Mitsubishi, Kyocera, Sumitomo and other Japanese & Korean brands, as well as Seco, Walter, Iscar, Vargus, CPT and more.
These replace Seco tools for our HRC58-62 die/mold work. Performance is on par for finishing — Ra 0.2 on the floor, plus-minus 0.005 mm tolerance, 80-100 minutes per corner. Pricing is the differentiator: roughly half the Seco price for the same wear pattern and tool life. Honest comparison, not a fanboy review. They earned the 5 stars with consistent quality.
Used these on HRC65 SKD11 tool-steel punches. At 40 m/min and 0.04 mm/rev with high-pressure coolant, we got plus-minus 0.005 mm tolerance on a small detail. The edge geometry is excellent for hard milling — proper rake angle, no built-up edge. Compared favorably to our reference OSG tool. 5 stars.
Titanium-alloy high-hard mill. Aerospace bracket at HRC48, Ti-6Al-4V, dry cutting with MQL. 80 m/min, 0.06 mm/rev, 0.5 mm DOC. Tools held up for 35 minutes continuous without measurable wear. Surface finish on the floor was Ra 0.4. Solid tool, will reorder for our next batch.
Nano-blue coating (looks like AlTiN with a slight blue tint) is excellent for HRC60+ work. We ran these on hardened D2 die details at 50 m/min, 0.07 mm/rev, and got a beautiful surface finish without secondary grinding. Tool life of 180 parts per corner exceeded our published spec by 30 percent. Proper sharp edge out of the box; chip-breaker geometry is right for finishing. Highly recommended.
Cutting HRC65 hardened SKD11 — the nano-blue coating holds up where others fail. We are getting 90+ minutes of tool life in semi-finishing at 50 m/min, 0.06 mm/rev. No flaking of the coating. The seller was upfront about the speed/feed envelope and we stayed within it — got exactly the life they quoted. Great seller; great product.
