20CrMnTi Carbide End Mill HRC60±2° Black Oxide High Hardness Wear Resistant for CNC Machining Center

Wear-resistant, holds up to interrupted cuts well. We tested on a forged H13 die block (HRC52) and got 240 minutes of tool time in roughing before we saw the first signs of flank wear — that is solid for a HRC50+ material. Coated carbide with AlTiN, looks proper under microscope. Will be reordering for our next forging die program.

Ti-6Al-4V aerospace structural parts — these black-coated endmills are stellar. We ran 60 pcs per corner at 35 m/min, 0.05 mm/rev, with coolant. No chipping, no flaking of the coating. Better than the Mitsubishi MS2-series we used before, and the price is right. The seller gave me a quoted lead time of 5 days, delivered in 7. Good communication throughout. 5 stars.

Black oxide nano-coated endmill for high-temp alloys. Tested on a 17-4 PH bracket at HRC42, 0.6 mm DOC, 75 IPM. Tool life matched the published data sheet (plus-minus 10 percent). The cutting edge looks freshly ground under the microscope — no manufacturing defects. Selling at about 60 percent of what we paid for the equivalent Seco or Sandvik product. Bought 20 more for our production line.

Use these for roughing and semi-finishing of 4340 forged connecting rods at HRC38-42. 60 m/min, 0.12 mm/rev, 1.5 mm DOC, dry + MQL. Clean chip, no weld, no BUE. Tool life is consistently above 90 minutes per corner. We have tried ZCC, YG-1, Mitsubishi, and several others — these hold their own against the big brands at less than half the price. Sticking with this supplier for our forging line.

Cutting Inconel 718 turbine blades here, HRC45 work-hardened material. These 4-flute mills held up to 80 minutes of tool time in continuous cuts at 200 SFM with flood coolant. Chip evacuation is excellent, no recut at the corners. We measured flank wear at 0.08 mm after 30 minutes — that is well within the kind of life we need for production runs. Vendor shipped with edge-protection caps; nice detail.
