A seller applying to open a store on this Site must hold a lawful business entity qualification, be able to provide a business licence or equivalent credentials, and guarantee that all goods sold come from legitimate channels.
Sellers must ensure that displayed stock and prices are genuine and valid. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to a stock or pricing error, the seller must promptly inform the platform and cooperate in resolving it.
Sellers must ship within the time agreed for the order and provide valid tracking information. Late or fake shipments may be handled under platform rules and will affect store ratings.
Sellers must handle customer after-sales requests in line with the platform return policy. For disputes the platform handles, sellers must provide supporting evidence; if a seller fails to respond in time, the platform may compensate the buyer first and recover the amount from the seller.
For counterfeiting, fraud, malicious order manipulation or leaking customer information, the platform may delist products, restrict listings, freeze balances or close the store, depending on severity.
Once an order is complete and undisputed, the amount is credited to the seller withdrawable balance according to the platform settlement cycle. The platform may suspend settlement for disputed orders.
